"Apparent Insurance loves to talk about how they have your back and are “one of us”, but they absolutely do not stand by that. During COVID when I was a brand new mother of twins we had to decide to between lights and paying car insurance.. of course we chose lights. The $146 went to collections, which I understand. I did the right thing once we were back on our feet and paid my collection. Now apparent is refusing to take the collections off my credit.
