"Dealing with her office and organization was the worst experience I've ever had with a professional organization of any kind. I added renters insurance to my auto policy to get coverage on the multiple tools I carry due to my line of work, remodeling. I told her associate why I wanted the coverage and what I carried in my truck most times. She wrote the policy, explained it and I read and signed it. She told me I was covered. In March my truck was broken into and about half my tools were stolen. I was told that my work tools weren't covered because they were for business use. I should have received about $750.00 after the deductible but was only given $198.00. This is after also having my rates increase every few months with no tickets or wrecks. I trusted them and even backed them up to a few people who had bad things to say about them. I feel like a complete idiot for doing that now and actually believing they had my best interests."
