"Was in there this morning around 5 am the lady Brittney on the counter was not only rude and short, she was also super unhelpful and answered “idk” with a bad attitude to every question that was asked. I also noticed she had a nasty attitude when helping those in front of me as well. Also asked if I wanted a bag then then put the bag down on the counter n stared at me. Will not be going back until she is no longer employed there"
"Today, it's getting a 1. Stores opened at 10a. They started taking phone orders at 930. I was one of the first when the door opened. No food out and at least an hour for a pizza. There is no room to make bowls. So, I think it's Christmas. Just run over to one in Bradley from diamond. Same situation there. Very, very poor planning. How could there b no food out. Guy, in Diamond, said he was out of some food already. How and why?"
"This morning around 7:10, I stopped at the Casey's in Diamond and had the displeasure of dealing with Brittney. Not only was her demeanor rude and unfriendly, but she also literally refused to bag my purchases. When I asked for a bag, she handed me one and told me she would not bag the product. This is the only time that I have received poor service from the people at this location, and I hope it is the last. If it is not, I can guarantee the next time will be as I will shop elsewhere."
