"The worst customer service I have ever received, Triana answered the phone and transferred the call to where no one answers, I dialed again and they did not answer, I dialed a third time and a girl answered who did not give her name and just hung up the call without saying anything else. I had to dial one more time and this time Ms. Martha helped me and she did want to help me with my quote. If the other people who are in that office don't feel like serving clients, they should look for another job but not treat clients that way, which is what this type of business stands for."

"I have been with this company for years. untill they stole my money. Payed for Nov.and on Dec.was call to make my payment they said policy was canceled for none payment on Nov.but my bank statement shows I did make my payment. So in Dec.they said they took payment but didn't posted .so that means for Nov.Dec.2021 I was driving thinking I had insurance so when I called they said all I had to do was sign papers so incase had an accident on Nov.they would cover it.makes no sences I asked for refund they said they will get back to me never did.i had 2 policy 2 different cars so I just learned they posted a payment on my other car .on Dec 30 I was never notified I didn't give them permission or signed anything .so they steel my money iam 63 yr . I depend on ssi .be careful u might be driving with no insurance but still makeing payment. Whe spends my money they stole ?"
