"Guy on the phone came off rude asked irrelevant questions next"
"We've had this insurance for years. We submitted a claim for 1 of our vehicles about 10 days ago and no one has contacted us. We would like to know if an anjuster is coming out to inspect our vehicle or should we take it to a repair shop. Called again 3 days ago and we were told a supervisor would call us, and yct still no call from anyone. Sad to say customer service is no where to be found with this company. We pay our insurance on time, can we please have some common courtesy?"
"Perla is very unprofessional and has a bad attitude she refused to answer the phone after I called her several times asking me for further documentation that she never mentioned I needed I also had someone else call her on 3-way and she hung the phone up on us. Very disappointed and unprofessional"
