"Working in the Personal Lines Department— Pros : Flexible work schedule and great pay. Provide great promotion opportunities as well. Cons: Management is not the best and does not allow you to express your concerns without being criticized or yelled at . Work environment is toxic and leadership bashes employees in leadership meetings. Overall working at Insgroup was a great experience for my learning and development but, definitely needs to be evaluated and improved."
