"Why do we have this insurance. Their a joke. They don't know what the heck they are doing over there."
"This has to be by far the worst insurance I have ever had. I currently have Cigna PPO through my employer and everything is expensive. Not only do I pay a monthly premium, but the co-pays for specialists are $65.00 and $80.00. Also, any rehabilative services such as physical therapy are $80.00 per visit. I now know why they are being sued by healthcare professionals and patients. Not to mention, the list of healthcare professionals who accept Cigna is getting shorter and shorter. They need to do better. Cigna is more of a disservice than a service to consumers."
