"I have been with this company for 5 years. Through this time I have gotten to know their system..my policy was going to expire on 03/13/19..for which I called on 02/21/19 the agent Mary told me when expired and that I could sign to continue within the same policy...I went the same day...I changed my address and signed...yesterday I checked my payment at the bank and they didn't take the payment...I called and Cindy told me that I had to change my policy because it was expired and I was going to have a super savings from 94 initial to 75..this is an increase in my policy..I went on 03/13/19 They did not respect continuing in the same policy even though I was doing everything right and Its time I was forced to obtain a new, more expensive policy. This is the second time this has happened. Today 03/14/19 They applied another payment to my bank. I have 2 payments in 2 days. I called and asked Talking to Mary, Daniela helped me... I'm still waiting since the solution is not in my hands... I feel very upset because even if I do the right things I have to pay more because of other people and double pilon"
