"Vaught insurance ran my credit without authorization and a class action law suit should and will be brought against them for unfair business practices and consumer fraud. I told the representative that under no circumstances were they allowed to pull my credit because the initial quote was outrageously high. I terminated the call and found out a week later that they violated my privacy."

"This insurance company is a joke and a complete pain. I was in an accident caused by one of their cab company clients. Nobody was injured, however this company is now refusing to pay for my rental car, claiming they will "reimburse me" after the claim is processed & my repairs are complete & the rental is returned. The only bright side to this is I'm not stupid enough to believe that an insurance company would bother to reimburse me at 100%. I'm also not stupid enough to believe that it's my responsibility to pay for a rental car due to a wreck that I in no way caused. Now I'm burdened with finding an attorney who can get this all taken care of so that I can continue on with my life."
