"This insurance company is a joke and a complete pain. I was in an accident caused by one of their cab company clients. Nobody was injured, however this company is now refusing to pay for my rental car, claiming they will "reimburse me" after the claim is processed & my repairs are complete & the rental is returned. The only bright side to this is I'm not stupid enough to believe that an insurance company would bother to reimburse me at 100%. I'm also not stupid enough to believe that it's my responsibility to pay for a rental car due to a wreck that I in no way caused.
