Tina refuses to give me Information on my cousins bonded title shes a minor that lost her mom so we had to get her car in her name we have spent 1500.00 for the transfer last year and Tina refuses to give us any update!! The girls in the office try to help but Tina is the only person that has access to my cousins stuff!!! Can’t wait to report her!!"

"This company is so ghetto. I had my payments on auto draft even email confirmation that my payments were on auto draft & drove without insurance for over a month due to them not pulling the payment. When I finally realized & emailed them one of the reps called & said their system went out last month but did they notify their customers? Their prices are cheap but so is their professionalism."
