"I have been with this insurance agency for the longest time but today I witness how they are really rude and very unprofessional. In January I had asked the owner Eduardo to cancel my auto pay because I was no longer going to be renewing with the insurance company I had however, come to find out they never canceled my auto pay and they never did their job. I had to call specifically to the insurance company and have them cancel it because apparently this agency “ Estrella “ did not do their job. I had emailed the to let them know I had gotten an email from the main insurance company to let me know that my policy would be renewed and the new amount would be deducted from my debit card automatically. Estrella Agency and I were emailing each other back and forth. And then I received an email from Estrella telling me and I quote “ Im completely sure. We work on this and we are professionals. You can call directly to (insurance company) if you want.” Well I guess they are not professionals just my observation because I had to call myself to the main insurance company to cancel my auto pay, because Estrella insurance agency did not do their job. I hate to do this review because for a while this agency Estrella was helpful but at the end of the day, they’re true colors came out. And I saw how rude and unprofessional they really are I don’t recommend this place."
