Quick Lane at Napleton Ford of Oak Lawn

"When it was Hawk Ford everything was excellent, Now that it's Napleton Ford the professionalism and courtesy is non-existent. My 2014 Ford Focus has been there since February 26th 2024. It may be the new Owners and/or management. I can see it and feel it's really not the same place. The attitude of the people that work there is different, The focus is not the same. The professional standards don't seem to be the same. Napleton Ford should be just as good as Hawk Ford was. But it's just not."

"This is the place to go for oil changes. A lot of dealerships give you an appointment, but overbook. Not here. Was in and out in around 20 minutes. They know their clients' time is valuable, so they provide professional and quick service."

I paid for the works and they did not top off fluids, nor did they rotate my tires. Last free service, so last time I will be bringing it in. If you ever get a car from this location, adding free oil change is not a perk."
