"I had problems printing the coupon, yet they believed me and gave me the discount. They also told me to fill my anti-freeze tank, ( they did give me some to help me), and they were unable to give me some wiper fluid, due to their machine/ tank or hose not working properly. But I immediately stopped at a store after my car was serviced and bought a bottle of wiper fluid. I would like to say the service was VERY EXCELLENT or better than any other Jiffy Lube service I have gotten in the last 30 plus years, whether in Chicago or elsewhere. I have had some bad experiences at various Jiffy Lube locations, including leaving 2-3 the Jiffy Lubes before any service was performed, due to them wanting to charge me MORE than other Jiffy Lubes....I would give this Jiffy Lube 10 stars......"
