"My experience with this place was a complete nightmare. The mechanic was incredibly unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They misdiagnosed the problem with my car not once, but twice, which ended up costing me a lot of time and money. The repairs they did were shoddy, and I ended up having to go to another mechanic to fix their mistakes.I would strongly advise against bringing your car here."

"My horn has went out for the second time within 6 months. My passenger seatbelt recently stopped working so I scheduled an appointment. Showed up to the service desk 15min early only to be told that they would have to keep my vehicle for 2-3 days. I then asked is it possible for a replacement vehicle because I do have to work . I was told that since my vehicle is still in “driving condition “ I wouldn’t be approved for a replacement anyway. The inconvenience this company causes me FOR MINOR REPAIRS is unbelievable and the fact they don’t accommodate is beyond insane. Totally regret leasing through them and would not recommend"
