"Where do i start . I was refered to this shop by statefarm as a in network shop, it was not my first choice to repair my car. they are very close to my house and seemed to have good reviews so i rolled the dice BIG MISTAKE. I took my car over and let the owner Sam and his partner Vince look at it and they were able to get my car in to their shop in two weeks. I take my car in and a week later it was done GREAT i thought. The day i pick my car up it was raining so it was hard to see the work and i didnt get a chance to wash it till the weekend cause it rained a few more days. I wash it and noticed it just didnt look right. Another week goes by and i give it a good wash and it looked really bad it had what is known in the autobody world as ORANGE PEEL which means they never wet sanded my car and polished it. THAT IS AUTOBODY 101. I take my car back and Sam tells me they made a mistake and will WORK WITH ME, his famous line. A week later i take my car back so they can wet sand and polish it and i had my girlfriend pick my car up cause i was at work and would not have made it there by 5pm/ thats when they close. She picks the car up and goes start home which we live 4 minutes away and parks it in the garage, i get home a hour later and look at it and again they did a horrible job the car still had ORANGE PEEL . The next day i take it back and show Sam who said HE looked the car over himself. UM he might need glasses cause Stevie Wonder could see this. AGAIN THE FAMOUS WORDS FROM SAM THEY WILL WORK WITH ME. A few days later i got off of work early and stopped there so they can see the damage better and Sam said some of the scratchs that were there were not there when my car was returned. I told him if they could not do the work right i would take it somewhere else, SAM the owner gets pissed and tells me to do just that. I get into my car and dont say a word cause i am trying my best to keep my cool. He tells me so your just going to leave remember that. I leave get home cool off and call the shop, Vince answered the phone and tells me they dont need to speak to me anymore and they will call Statefarm and HANGS UP ON ME. Great service especially since that was the second time they could not fix the car right. Needless to say i called Statefarm and had to take my car to another shop. A Statefarm Rep came to see my car a few days later and the car has to be COMPLETELY REDONE. (STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP OR YOU MIGHT HEAR THE FAMOUS WORDS WE WILL WORK WITH YOU"

"I was extremely impressed with Supreme. Their quality, speed of work, and customer service was superb! Most auto shops are full of grumpy guys who seem like they don't care and provide horrible customer service. Not these guys. On my first phone call when I told them about the damage to my car, the first thing they said was "oh that sucks, is everyone ok?" I was shocked. Rarely do you get such great customer service in this industry. Two thumbs up!!"
