"I have taken my car to Simon the owner for about 4 years now. He has always done quality work on my car. So when I needed my timing belt, serpentine belt, sparkplugs and water pump replaced I brought it into his new shop. Upon picking up my car that was delayed and unable to be complete due to a shop trip the following day, i said fine and went and got it. Considering the major work had been completed I pick it up and leave, drive the car to the gas station take a look under the hood while im putting gas in my car. As im looking i notice the belt is digging into my top radiator hose. I go back up thier upset cuz i dont unstand how it was not noticed. Well, It was installed backwards. I then waited close to 3 hours for a new one and it's replaced with a used hose from somewhere eles upon looking later. I go to leave again and the hood won't stay shut. I go back and the guy breaks off my hood stand latch after spraying wd 40 all over and the hood stays shut. The next day I'm parking my car and I hear this noise. Turns out when the fan was put back in the wires were not clicked into the harness. So the fan blade cut into the wires. I told them about this and they only agreed to fix it after sending photos. I go back up thier get it fixed and pay more money to what now seems an unsolvable issue. Now a month goes by and my car is overheating. I called them up so the air can be bleed out of the coolant system witch I was assured had been done correctly after the major work. I'm told thier is no availability to do so today or tomorrow so I hang up. I now have to take it to the dealership cuz im out of options. So I call back while im at the dealership having it bleed out, and this manager who has no customer service skills other than apologizing and talking over me while yelling says he called back to leave a voice mail to come in in the morning witch I did not receive. Asked why no one called me in the morning to let me know and the manager reverted to his yelling skills. I'm very sad to see Sioms shop end up like this with inexperienced mechanics and a horrible unqualified manager. Long story short if you want the work done correctly the first time DO NOT take your car here!"
