"I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. On Thursday, two days before the visit, I got a call asking me if my appointment time can be moved to another time because there was an "emergency" patient. I said no because if the other patient had an emergency, why did they need to move my appointment that was on Saturday? Couldn't they take him that day (Thursday)? Or couldn't they take him on Saturday at the time that they wanted to move me to? They ended up cancelling my appointment. They don't respect other's times and it's very unprofessional to move an appointment like this last minute."
