"When I took my father, this dentist at Northlake office, only criticized his teeth, the office never called again, until now, two years late about a reminder for his cleaning? Cleanings are now every two years. But are ready to charge you $45 if you miss appointment. I called back and told the employee to remove him from their database. Don't see how it was an error, you clearly used his name and call his number. Plenty of dentists to pick from, this one not on our list."
