"They pressured my fiance into an oil change months early. just because thier system said it hadn't been done in over a year. If they had looked at the sticker in the window they would have seen it was done month ago. UPDATE: They were extreamly apologetic and admitted fault and issued a refund for the uneeded oil change. My fiancee will not be going back after this but i appreciate the refund and the apology (+2) stars."
