"I have been coming to this shop several times due to location convenience. The staff (don't know his name, older gentlemen) is very rude and short with me. I had my mask on due to a cold, I didn't want to spread the germ, maybe it's harder for him to hear me over the mask, he starts to making fun of me for wearing a mask and mumble, very unprofessional attitude. I felt insulted. Honest, you could just say "please speak louder, I couldn't hear you", instead of your sarcastic attitude, I'll be more than happy to speak up. Also, I have mentioned getting tire rotation done as always, but at the pickup, he told me no rotation service was done due to time unless customer specifically requested it. well, I did request for rotation!!! It's just another way to cheap out on us since the service is free. I am definitely considering switching to other business for my next oil change."

"I came to this Meineke shop on a recommendation from another mechanic for a exhaust leak. Gary was at the desk and was just fantastic. They were able to get me in in 20 minutes and it took about 30 minutes and it's all fixed even other problems we're corrected. I would go to this shop anytime."
