"THE TRUTH************Every time you visit it is always a root canal or something more expensive. I pride myself on my smile and my last visit here was in May 2017. Dr. Rashmikant Vora broke my tooth because he was unable to replace the nerve back into the tooth. After being unable to resolve the matter, he sent me away with a bleeding mouth, cracked tooth in pain, and with a list of referrals to find someone to fix his problem. I informed him that I was not paying for this and will not be returning. As it turns out, I had to have oral surgery that ended with eight stitches in my mouth and a tooth that was unable to be saved costing me BIG. Wouldn't you know it, Dr. Rashmikant Vora filed the claim with my insurance company for payment over $700 this month (February 2018). I contacted my insurance company to open an investigation. This Dr. is charging mostly Latinos and African Americans for services not needed and his staff members are very uncomfortable with his practices. I know that often times our insurance companies does not offer the best dentist and physicians to choose from in our network, but we do not have to fall prey to anyone who is not being truthful to the oath they have take to do no harm. *********BUYER BEWARE!!"
"Avoid this place at all costs!!! I’m just now hearing about a cleaning my son had when he came to stay with me about 4 years ago. 4 years & my son is still suffering this dentists poor services! My son needed to get a cleaning and this dentist made him feel like he was being waterboarded; it was terrible! His services are beyond unprofessional and my son was left feeling traumatized. Instead of feeling safe and comfortable he carries that terrifying experience with him. What a shame! He needs to switch careers!!! His office isn’t even sanitary. And then surprise, his services weren’t event completed and he even tried to over bill him. It hurts me to even hear about my sons experience. Please don’t put yourself or anyone you love in that position."
"A total nightmare. I am writing this review 4 years later because the traumatic experience that was this dentist visit has returned to cause me further pain. When I used this dentist 4 years ago (an East Indian gentlemen whose name I cannot recall) I was under the Obamacare dental insurance plan. The dentist, knowing this, told me after looking at my terribly infected tooth, something along the lines of "these procedures, and things such as novocaine cost a lot money which your insurance does not cover". Then more statements along the lines of "I have to think of my family". I found it to be a really weird statement, and it was quite aggressive how he said it but I just responded politely, with the expectation that the dentist would do the job expected of him. Looking back he was being extremely unprofessional and doing the job either I or the state expected of him when listing him as a obamacare/countrycare linked dentist. He was very rude and abrasive the entire time and treated me like a second class citizen. Mind you, I am ALWAYS polite, so this wasn't in response to rude, squirmy or indecisive behavior. The worst of it is, he used very very little novacaine. After a couple minutes of EXTREME pain, as he drilled into my infected tooth with what seemed like barely any novocaine. I asked him to use more, which he did, begrudgingly. Even then, it must not have been much, the pain was still extreme. I have had many dental trips, none have bothered me. I am quite adept at dealing with scraping drilling, or anything else of the like, as long as novocaine is used of course (for the drillling). This Dentist just simply didn't care about the pain he was causing. I DID think that was the worst of it, because I ignorantly believed that infected tooth/cavity would be healed from said procedure but boy was I wrong. He cleaned the area and gave me a filling on top of it. But even then the dentist said the pain "might" return. The truth is he KNEW that the pain WOULD return, because (what I realize know, that I did not then) is that I needed a root canal, he KNEW that. Here we are 4 years later, I have EXTREME pain radiating from from the same tooth, all throughout the left side of my face. There is no reason for this, other than the PURPOSEFULLY bad dental work performed by this man (I have take perfect care of my mouth since those days). Now that I can get real insurance I will go see a REAL dentist who will NOT physically TORTURE the person in there chair in order to save money. What he did seemed to be pure classism and wrong. But still, I could have dealt with any sort of rudeness, oh well right? It's the drilling without novocaine, and the intentional covering of a root canal with a filling that gets me upset. I say avoid the dentist at all cost, he is not a good human being at all."
"I love this dentist. The receptionist is a sweetheart and she even offers to watch my son when I have to bring him in on Saturdays. They are always on time. I'm in and out. Simple, efficient dentistry. I appreciate that I don't have to pay anything extra for fancy decorations or other nonsensical frills in a dentist's office."
"I do NOT recommend this dentist. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the policy suggested is bias."
