"Would give this place 0 stars if I could, never in my life have i had to pay out of pocket for a x-ray and a consultation where they quite frankly said nothing I didn’t already know. I have insurance that covers cleanings, x rays , etc. and when visiting another dentist office, I paid nothing out of pocket. My biggest issue with this place is simply the greediness, they will find any and every way to make sure you don’t leave without paying and moreover are not very transparent about it, the day of my consultation I should’ve been told how much the procedure I needed to have done would have cost beforehand as that is the point of a consultation, this place allows you to get things done that may not otherwise be covered by your insurance and when you’re halfway at the door hit you with a bill bigger than clinton. Will never come here again, very sneaky practice."

"The office was fine the first few visits but I had to cancel my December appointment and was told I would be getting a call back to reschedule. It is now mid January and have not gotten a call back not once. I’ve been calling almost every week since December speaking to different agents everytime and they say the same thing they can never get in touch with the office and that an email would be sent on my behalf to reschedule. Also can’t go to another dental works until they release me from this location which is funny because nobody can get in contact with anyone from the forest park location. Maybe the office is closed indefinitely?"

"Me and my son has been coming here and this place is so unprofessional. It is impossible to call and get an answer. They give you an appointment and don’t call you to tell you that the ortho quit. My son has had his band on his teeth since July and no one is there to change them after he had an appointment to come in. Not only did they cancel his appointment without giving him another one due to the dentist quite. I had to basically tell them off to for someone to see my son. They aak him to come in Wednesday when he arrived the door was locked and the person was gone for the day. After someone told me she will be there until 6pm and it was 5:10pm. I do not recommend this dentist office and I will be making a complaint about this office."

"I had an amazing experience at this amazing place with very professional stuff an extremely knowledgeable. I brought my son for his braces almost a year ago and his orthodontist is awesome. My wife and I decided that this is going to be our new home for many years to come. Thanks again for the amazing job everyone is doing at this place."

"Great first time experience. Staff friendly and professional. Talked me through the process. The pregnant scheduling receptionist was awesome. Dentist was kind and informative. The entire atmosphere (combination of everyone) made me at ease immediately and throughout. They work as a team. It has been about 5 years but I think I’ve found my permanent dentist."
