"When I was screening Repair shops as my car was Broadsided/ T-boned I could only go by word of mouth, how well written the websites are and Google feedback from clients. I believe NAZ AND HIS TEAM ARE AMAZING! I knew I needed someone or a crew that is honest and technically competent... It would not be a stretch to say they probably saved my life, as the first quote was $ 1900, and as it was exterior surfaces it completely missed the bent frame and thoroughly compromised internal structures. If my car had been repaired with duct tape, baling wire and scrapyard parts to make it cheaper for the Insurance company it also would have meant my 2018 Ford Focus with 18000 miles on it would have been a death trap if I ever was hit on the driver's side again. I am not mentioning the Insurance company name as when I escalated to the adjuster's boss he was heroic and objective- but for the first few weeks after 3/31 the adjuster from the person who hit me was verbally abusive to the extent I wondered if he was profiling me as a Hispanic surnamed individual and was intent on my not being made whole even though the insurer we both use conceded it was not my fault, I had the right of way etc. He scoffed at my comment the car was "like new" and said 5 or more years old means we can use scrapyard parts... And that I had no choice in the matter. The only thing between me and the cynical insurance adjuster was... Naz and his team. So it was like David & Goliath - the cynical adjuster diminishing me and my vehicle and Naz and company fighting for what was/is true. A problem solving adjuster went out to Naz' location to see what was visible after the two driver's side doors were dismantled. The actual structural repairs to restore the car were significant enough the car was declared a total loss! $18000 value of totalled vehicle. so Naz never did the body work as the car was totalled. But he and his crew on Madison in Willowbrook defy any stereotype re: shady mechanics- they are honest men. I will recommend them as a business partner/ service supplier and will never forget that their tenacity was instrumental in ensuring I was not ending up in harm's way. In conclusion this is a character reference for Naz and his crew. I could not have accomplished this without his business accumen & lessons learned sparring with insurance companies... and his commitment to championing his customers. Thank God I called Naz! I hope you will give him a try also- you will be glad you did."

"Who is da man? Naz is the man! This Naz dude is one of the most professional, most efficient and top-notch cars doctors. Someone jinxed my car. So she received couple small dents on the right rear door. Some people just can’t open their car doors without hitting the neighboring car. It’s an inevitable disgusting scenario for any car especially in big cities. I brought my car here after a strong recommendation from one of my friends. And I can’t believe that it was as brand new within 24 hours. The cars body plastic surgeon comes only two days a week. So Naz texted me the time, brought it back, the operation lasted less than 30 minutes. $70 for fixing 2 small dents. Very happy with this place. I hope I never come back.
