"Carlos Medina is a Insurance Agent Extraordinaire. Carlos was instrumental in me placing my policy for commercial insurance on my medical transportation business with Garzor insurance over other carriers. Doing my due diligence I contacted approximately 10 commercial insurance carriers six weeks before the expiration on my present policy with Garzor. Upon calling Carlos as I was heading out of town to bind the coverage Carlos, unfortunately, advised that the premium had jumped significantly due to the fact that the initial quote had been quoted over four weeks prior to me calling to bind the coverage. At that time it looked like working with Garzor would be out of the picture. Instead, however, Carlos said he would work on the matter and get back with me as soon as possible. Later that day Carlos called with good news that he had requoted the policy with another carrier at the original premium. Still there remained plenty of paperwork left to take care of while I was traveling. Carlos got me all the paperwork quickly and guided me through the application process I cannot recommend Carlos Medina highly enough for anyone who needs a commercial policy which provides a adequate coverage for a fair premium.
