"I went there today for my first visit and it was great! I got x-rays, teeth cleaning and laser treatment! Both Sidney's were fantastic! I really like them! Abby did a good job explaining what my insurance would cover in such a nice and friendly way! Dr. Mansell is my dentist now! He was friendly, very personable, and honest! You for sure do not get this kind of friendly professional treatment everywhere! This place is a gem of a find! Highly recommended! I would give them 10 stars!!!"

"I have been going to Mansell Family Dentistry for sometime now. Overall the people are kind. About 8mos ago I was told that they were short handed hygienist and that appt was canceled and the next appointment they could get me in was Thursday, January 24th. I received a call yesterday Monday, January 22. They said that they would have to cancel that appointment due to the fact that they did not have a Hygienist available. The girl told me she was new, she reschedule my appointment she told me it was for Tuesday @3. I showed up and she said it was for Wednesday (totally frustrating) I have a mtg at that time and would not have scheduled for that time. I tried to be understanding. I actually am having dental issues that I needed checked. How frustrating that they are unreliable. I again think the dentist has been great as the employees. I truly think there is an issue in the office."

From the staff to the Orthodontists, the environment, the ambience, the friendliness, the decor, and the service, my son (teenager) needed Braces we had expected over a year of treatment, but with great staff to teach us the how to’s, suggestions, and proper care we are looking at taking them off sooner!
