"This is not not based on one visit, one person but as a family and myself experience with this dental office (yes this is the correct office, the one located on 1583 Lee St, Des Plaines ran by Sivan Patel.) If you are looking to see a dentist, this is not the place I went for a check up and I refused deep cleaning (which was recommended but not necessary. When I refused, deep cleaning; Sivan Patel said he will not give me my free 6 month cleaning until I get the deep cleaning first. I told him I came to see a dentist not a dental hygienist. See, the fist thing they do is they do is full mouth x-rays so that they can trap you in to their office since you insurance covers these full mouth x-rays once every five years. If you want them transferred, that'll cost you $50 (on top of what they charged the insurance already. Now after doing the same for one of my dependents, in order to schedule an appointment, the office requested a $100 deposit (even though this is a second visit, since the first one they didn't do anything besides the x-rays insurance pays only every fiver years. If you are looking for a dentist look somewhere else. This office is new and nice, no wonder Brite Smiles owned and operated by Sivan Patel needs all of the questionable services just to stay open; when, all I wanted was my 6 month free cleaning and a couple of cavities fixed."

"I had a great experience here for my routine checkup. Everyone here from the receptionist, to the assistants are so friendly and caring. Everyone in the office took hygiene and cleanliness seriously during Covid-19 as they use medical grade air purifiers, check your temperature right at the door, use face masks, gloves, AND face shields. They made me feel comfortable and I can tell that they truly care about their patients. Dr. Patel also gives honest advice and helpful tips between each visit! I highly recommend!"
