I wasn't sure it was even going to be able to be repaired. Ted came out, was super friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable with his 20+ years of experience! "Very impressive from start to finish. Stopped by the Lombard facility to get my 2018 Honda Odyssey quoted. The front office staff was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Took only a few minutes to confirm my insurance information and that the new windshield would be available. They said they would call me two days later when the windshield had been delivered and they did. We scheduled the repair at their shop, and when I dropped the van off the office staff was again great and the technician Bill was simply awesome in his explanation of things (and his overall demeanor and humor!). He did a great job, even put my "next oil change" sticker onto the new windshield. Absolutely no scuffs or scratches, in fact it all looked exactly the same except the cracks were gone. Highly recommended!"
