"Hi Muqtadir, I am the secretary at Ideal Tire. I have been working here for 3 years now and rarely experienced what I experienced today. I was the one who was checking you out when you picked up your vehicle but before that when you dropped your vehicle off you asked us to do the brakes and we gave you the pricing of how much it would be and we also recommend the caliper because it was leaking and you were fine with the price. We also try to be reasonable with our prices and I believe the pricing we gave you for the brakes and a caliper is a really fair price compared to other places. Once I called to let you know the car was ready you asked for a discount I said we weren’t able to do it. You then came the next day to pick up the vehicle and once again asked for a discount again, not once but a couple times you asked and we said that was the best we can do. You kept exceeding for us to give you a discount and once our head manager got to the same level that you were speaking to us that is when you did not like it. We do appreciate the business you have gave to us, have a great day."
