"Brought 2 of my vehicles to Velasquez Mufflers for Less. Alex worked on both of my vehicles. One of the vehicles had a number of issues with the muffler and Alex was able to address those issues. He explained everything and showed me all the work done to the exhaust system. It looks and sounds great. They did a great job on my other vehicle as well. Alex is very knowledgeable was great to work with."

"I am not going to say not to come here. Miscommunication within employees shouldn't be a thing. I've specifically asked for a dual exhaust and new exhaust system with a new muffler to the lady in the front desk, later I received a call which they said 450 for the dual exhaust and new system together, which was very cheap in my head, and agreed to go forth, later when I call again to make sure the pipes were straight out instead of to the side, they said I never mentioned the dual exhaust system, which just sucks because for 450 for a single tailpipe is overpriced in my opinion, luckily we were able to work something out and they were able to lower it down but regardless this shouldn't happen. Very disappointed. Se pasaron de ... Me Estafaron se puede decir. 400 for a cheap flowmaster and a single tailpipe is overpriced. Sadly I will be walking out of here robbed. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Hopefully you can have a actual good expirience here, not have terrible luck like I did"
