"Tredroc you need to retrain your drivers representing your company out there on public streets on how to drive in a safe and respectful manner. One of your drivers operating a white truck with a license plate 483989 D was driving like a maniac today 1/12/22 in the am hours heading south on 355. He was cutting other drivers off and tailgating them. H e was also traveling at very excessive speeds reaching 90 mph. Embarrassing to your company."

"Called for road assistance for small truck stranded 2 miles away from shop. They took all info, check if tire is available and was told that service should arrive within 1hr45. Driver wait for more than 3hrs, afterhours answering service could not get any info since both shop managers didn't answered the phone calls. No one call to say sorry we drop the ball..."

"Please avoid this place, very pricey and will not refund warranty tires. I've been waiting for a refund since October 2018 and today is March 2019. Last time I try to talk to them about my refund they just hang up the phone at me. Rely bad customer service."

"I just want to speak about my good experience with tredroc out of Romeoville Illinois. they were able to get me a good price at buying my tires that were brand new and helping me switch over from duals to Super singles. I spent about an hour and a half to two hours getting my drive tires switched out. They were able to give me a call and send it to my email and stick by the quote and they were very professional. I just don't come along that kind of service very often"
