"Fox Travel booked our vacation at the Royalton Negril. We had a great time at the Royalton Negril. Nobody was ready to come home. Our 19th year old kids said it was the best vacation ever. The hotel even gave them upgraded Hideaway bracelets, so they had the run of the resort except for Grand Lido. We really appreciate Jim, Alma, and Debbie at Fox Travel. They're the best."
"This company will scam you! We scheduled a booking March 2022 and asked for money back April 2022. Still have yet to receive a percentage back but only offered us travel credit! ( No we do not not will not ever book with this company again) oh and the trip has already came and gone Aug 2022. It is Now November and still no response from the emails about our money! Filing a lawsuit asap! Do not use this company!"
"We recently enjoyed our vacation starting in Alaska and ending with the Rocky Mountaineer through the Canadian Rockies. This trip was delayed from 2020 and Debbie (Fox Travel) guided us through the entire delays, rebooking in 2021 only to be delayed again and re-energized in 2022. We could not have kept up with the detail of our trip if not for Debbie at Fox Travel. Our trip was segmented into three sections: Holland America Land tours in Alaska, Cruising on the Noordam and the Rocky Mountaineer through the Canadian Rockies. We started in Fairbanks; Alaska with Holland America (land tour) were we traveled to to the Artic Circle and learned how they live a very primitive life. Back in Fairbanks, we learned about dog sledding with the Iditarod and the stresses it places on the dogs along with how to fish and gain salmon for the dogs to eat. From Fairbanks, we traveled to Denali National Park. McKinley Resort has several activities with various fire pits, restaurants, and places to gain refreshments to sit around the fire. We had two tours in Denali National Park, where we were lucky enough to see Denali, plus a couple of grizzly bears, moose, wolf, caribou and dall sheep. Our second tour was a helicopter ride to Denali glacier that enabled us to walk on the glacier and taste glacier water while looking out for the crevasse in the ice. The second segment had us aboard Holland America Noordam. We cruised the first day through Hubbard Bay enjoying the views with a warm drink in our hand. From Hubbard Bay, we stopped in Skagway, a great history of the Gold Rush. Juneau, Alaska, with another helicopter tour, this time of Mendenhall Glacier, very different from our Denali Glacier landing. Then to Ketchikan, Alaskan where we learned about native totem poles. Our last day, we cruised the inside passage. Throughout this trip, we were amazed with the scenery as the mountains, glaciers and landscape never stopped. Ending in Vancouver, Canada, we did a quick tour of Butchart Gardens. The Rocky Mountaineer is a 5-star train; we will add again, the views never stopped. The food was fantastic (example: eggs benedict - breakfast, steaks, chops - lunch, etc., with snacks and anything one wanted to drink). The guide kept us entertained and was extremely knowledgeable the entire journey. Stopping in Kamloops for the evening and on to Lake Louis, where we stayed in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise - wonderful hotel with the rooms overlooking the lake and the beautiful mountains in the background. Banff is a smaller version of a city like Vail Colorado, but a town with great restaurants, pubs, and views of mountains. On to Calgary, staying at the Fairmont Pallister. This trip was on our bucket list and exceeded our expectation the entire journey. Overall, the scenery and views of the landscape were more that we could have imagined. Debbie was on top of our delayed vacation and kept us informed of changes and option while guiding us through the entire trip with suggestions for tour packages. We saw everything we could have wanted and would not have changed a thing. Thank You Debbie, for your professionalism, knowledge and we look forward to our next trip with your guidance."
"Called to get a trip to Utah for next month. Talked with Debbie and then a few days went by and didn’t hear from her. Called back and she seemed frustrated and was saying she couldn’t find certain aspects of my trip but would call me back. Days went by again and I still haven’t heard from them. Took matters in my own hands and just scheduled the trip myself. Which I guess I should’ve done in the first place but I was very busy so I was trying to delegate that to someone else. They were not helpful at all"
"If I could give less star than 1 I would!! This place, from the very beginning was awful. We were working with Debbie. She was not interested in helping my husband on our trip to Alaska. Very negative. So I went in and we FINALLY got paperwork for booking a train excursion. I thought she would let us know some details, but of course, I had to ask her again. She blatantly lied to us telling me that “all land excursions have been canceled due to Covid and a lack of people to work”. Absolutely FALSE! Well, let’s call it what it really is: TOTAL LIE!!! I book the train trip and hotel myself. Please save yourself some trouble. Just do it yourself!!"
