"The best Jiffy Lube experience! 1/15/2024 It's -10 degrees, my car's dashboard is showing low tire pressures. I dropped by this Jiffy Lube location, not for an oil change but in hopes that they can help me put some air in my tires. They did! Jose not only put air in the tires, he also checked my oil level, the windshield wiper fluid, and anti freeze. Shout out to Melissa who drove my car in and Jose who took care of everything!"

"Today I pulled into the Jiffy Lube in Roselle on Lake st. with a warning on my dashboard for low tire pressure. I asked Rob the manager to look at my back tire because I was quickly loosing air in my tire and didn’t think I could make it home. He pulled my car in and quickly fixed my tire FREE OF CHARGE! when I asked him what I owed him he said I was a good customer that had using their services for over 20 years and that this was was on him! I realize a lot of people have experienced bad service when taking their car in for service, but in the many years I’ve been coming to this location I’ve always experienced quick service and kind service people. My last car ran for over 200,000 miles and I do believe it’s because I regularly maintained my cars at this Jiffy Lube. They let me know what needs to be done and never pressure me to do all the maintenance on the same day they just let me know what is the most needed service and the rest i take care on my next visits. I appreciate their customer service and would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for trustworthy mechanics."
