"My Impala was recently serviced there. They preformed an oil change and way over filled it with oil. When I checked my oil at my work because I noticed a puddle of oil under my car I mmediatly checked my oil and found that the oil level on the dip stick when cold was 2 inches above the top off mark. I drove to Fox and they denied that they over filled it but a service man there said that he had filled it a 1/2 quart over. My car is now leaking oil from the oil pan and my check engine light just went on. Not taking into account that there was a ample amount under my car at my work and a noticeable amount on the bottom of my car and on the exhaust, this is telling me that they cannot even be trusted for a simple oil change!!!"
"I hate to leave a bad review but after paying almost 1k in repair costs and the shop couldn't figure out what was wrong with my Mercedes I had to. They were shooting darts in the dark, making me replace several parts thinking those were the issue. It feels like they didn't even do a diagnostic test to see what was wrong, just started replacing parts! The shop went downhill as soon as Jorge left. They told me the lines were okay, but after inspecting then, they were rusted to all hell. I should've done this job myself from the start."

"Very fortunate to find a reputable garage so close to home- Jorge did a wonderful job getting my Jeep in for a quick turnaround on replacing the throttle body. Came in yesterday at 9, car was repaired and back to me by 5! He also was considerate of my time keeping me updated on the repair and gave me a ride home. The price was extremely reasonable and he was transparent about the breakdown of the invoice. Very pleased to have this connection for future car repairs!"
