"As someone who has had nothing but terrible dental experiences over the last ten years, I had little to no expectations for this office. First person you’ll see when you walk in is Office Manager Renee. As an office manager in the health field myself, I can tell you she is everything you’d want in an OM. She is beyond helpful and her explanations on EOB’s and payment brackets are easy to understand. In the “back” office, Jorie and Dr Patel are the best. I went in for what turned out to be the easiest root canal I’ve ever had. I absolutely trust Dr Patel and the staff at College Drive Dental wholeheartedly. They explained everything to me and to my daughter prior to doing anything. Dr. Patel and her dental hygienist were so patient and gentle. They got us in and out quickly. Very efficient. Renee at the front desk is very professional. Every one at the office takes pride in their job and it shows. Before the next appointment Renee goes over the treatment plan again and goes over costs as well so there are no surprises at the beginning or end of your visit. I can go on and on. "Recently went here for an emergency tooth extraction, they got me in right away, which was amazing (if you've ever needed a tooth pulled you know how desperate you can be to have it done). Dr. Patel was very thorough and had me come back the following week to come up with a plan to restore the rest of my teeth.
