"This place is great! They replaced the front and rear rotors, brake pads, and front calipers for a very reasonable price. The calipers weren't originally planned, but when a problem arose, he called me and explained it very thoroughly. I was given a ride home when I dropped off the truck, and picked up when the job was finished. (I live about 8 minutes away - I can't promise he'd do this for every customer.) Everyone there is kind, professional, and honest. I wholeheartedly will recommend this mechanic to everyone! I'll certainly be back!"
"I have used JC's Auto for many, many years. They are the ONLY mechanic I will deal with. I have brought my cars in repairs at dealerships in the past and my cars would need to worked on again within months with the same repairs needing to be done again!!! This has never happened while working with JC's Auto. Done the right way the first time!!! I have sent some of my friends to JC's for work and they have had positive experiences as well! Thanks JC's!!!"
"I recently had my check engine light on, needed an oil change and my car would always start up with a rough noise....I just ignored it and chalked it up to new cars. I went to JC’s and THANK GOD I did.... I had been going to the dealership every time to get my oil changed and mentioned each time about the noise when I started my car....they would tell me they didn’t find anything wrong. So, I took my Chevy Impala to get an oil change at JC’s and GOT ALOT more......I can not THANK them enough for letting me know my Cadillac Converter had a leak and that was what that noise was when I started my car. They had me call the dealership and get right in, it was covered under my Warranty and didn’t cost me a dime.....I have no idea how much that would have cost me.....A HUGE “Thank You” to JC and Dale. I will be a lifetime customer and recommend them to family and friends. They went above and beyond....excellent customer service. Thank You!!!!!!"
"Price Gouging, Rude, and Did Not Wear Masks During Pandemic My ignition cylinder was stuck and couldn't start my car. Had it towed to JC Auto since it was a local shop and the tow went through my insurance. JC (owner and technician) told me he had seen this problem many times before and said I needed a new ignition cylinder which cost about $460 to replace. I called my friend who runs another shop for a second opinion and was told that I could bring the cylinder to a locksmith to have the tumblers cleaned and reset for $50. As I'm getting my cylinder from JC he tells me he could do job for $380. Found that to be odd as he was firm with initial price he told me. I took the cylinder to the locksmith and they fixed the problem for $50. JC then charged me $135 to reinstall the same ignition cylinder. When I asked why the price was so high to put the same part back on he responded rudely " Oh you want me to do it for free huh?" I never mentioned that I wanted anything for free just wanted a fair price. I was going to be charged $460 for something that I fixed for $50 and was spoken to rudely by the owner JC. This was a poor experience, and I do not recommend taking your car here unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of."
"I took my 2002 Mercedes there because it was making a weird noise. I was able to drop it off at night after hours - bonus. They had the problem diagnosed by the next day, new drive shaft. The repairs were quick and reasonably priced. My car was ready in three business days and sounds like new. JC's was recommended to me by a local car guy and I'm so thankful. I will continue to use them for future repairs, highly recommend!"
