"From the time I walked through the doors until I left, I felt welcomed, cared for, and educated on how to care for my teeth. I was a new patient, so I met with Dr. Springer and Lisa, the patient coordinator, in a small conference room. He verbally gathered information from me about medications and past dental work to better understand some history. The hygienist was very thorough and told me what she was going to do before she did it. She even explained some of what things meant, which I really appreciated. She took a full set of pictures to get a baseline of how my teeth are now. Then I met with Dr. Springer and he asked if I wanted the overall picture or the details. I opted for the details and was able to get a complete and thorough understanding of the issues of concern with my teeth and potential future issues that are a watch and see. As a new patient there was no charge for his discussion with me. I consider this practice to be excellent in their focus on patient centered care. Come see for yourself, you won’t regret it!"
