"This is the absolute most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever seen, the staff have no idea what they are doing and you have to constantly follow up with them because they do not call back like they said they would. "I only gave them one star because that's as low as you can go. This place is terrible! The allegedly only have one pediatric dentist on staff and she's been away getting another degree for months. They never answer calls or return calls or keep scheduled appointments. My son had an appointment in July for a tooth extraction that I had to make a month or so in advance. The day before I was told there were no dentists there for the day of his appointment so it would have to be rescheduled. But they wouldn't reschedule at that time and said they'd call me. That call never happened. We found a new dental practice and are very happy so far. The new practice was more thorough in one visit than Smiles ever was."

"I have been to many ped dentist, and so grateful to find Dr Justin and his staff. They have made it a fun experience for both my boys. One with sensory issues and the other just a little boy. They greet them by name, they are calm every time, and about everything. Cannot say enough goodness about this office."

"We've been taking our two six year old girls here for several years and have always been very satisfied. Dr. Justin has been very informative about dental issues and happily addresses our questions. The waiting room is kid friendly with toys, although we rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Strongly recommend."
