"Would definitely recommend Gerald collision center. You never want to have to have your two week old Vehicle fixed but I knew I was in good hands with the first phone Conversation. From start to finish was perfect!!! Fast efficient service kept me posted the whole way through."
"This place sucks, I had a minor repair from someone side swiping me. It took A MONTH to repair, whereas my friend had the same damage to her car maybe even worse and it took another dealership TWO DAYS to complete her car. The communication lacks here too, only Tuesday and Thursday they reach out and it’s barely any information regarding your car, they kept saying QC (quality check) and that took TWO WEEKS for them to do. And the excuse was “we have to many cars in our lot right now, but we’re trying to get to them at a timely manner.” Like last I checked it’s FIFO (first in, first out) it was only until I reached out and said we would be selling the car im using while mine was being repaired. They had it fixed within a day right before thanksgiving week. THEN I went to pick it up, the lady at the desk to the left when you walk in didn’t even acknowledge me for a good couple minutes. After inspecting my car I noticed a bunch of WHITE SPACKLE on parts of my car that wasn’t even being repaired, so I had to wait for them to fix that (a good 30 min). AND since I have a black car you can definitely see SWIRL MARKS they are everywhere on my car. I have always hand washed my car, I do not trust Automatic car washes or others touching my car. So I know it was not from me. Also another thing idk what they did but in the newer WRX (manual) when u let go of the break it had a 3 second hold so it doesn’t roll back, now after coming here, My car rolls back right when I let off the break. It’s fine I don’t mind but if that’s not how the car came why are you changing stuff?? And since I don’t know much about cars how much did you change of my car that I don’t know?? I definitely do not recommend this place and I have been telling others, if I had read more of the other reviews I wouldn’t have came here. This place sucks."
"I brought my car in for a repair and worked with Keith. He was great to work with and gave me updates throughout the process. In the end, the repair was completed on time and was in line with the original estimate. I would definitely use them again!"
"After my dog left nail marks on my driver’s side door of my Subaru Outback, I brought it to the Gerald Collision Center and I’m so glad that I did! Everyone was friendly and helpful, Selena the GM greeted me right away and inspected my car herself. After her inspection it was taken back to the shop where technicians buffed out the marks. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the waiting area is tidy and comfortable. When my car was ready, Selena personally took a look at the work herself. They did a wonderful job of buffing out of the marks! Selena generously shared tips on how to keep my car’s paint in great condition for years to come. Even though my reason for visiting Gerald Collision Center was minor, I highly recommend this team of professionals! Great customer service and quality work speaks for itself."
"I hit a deer in Wisconsin, in September, and it appeared to be very minor damage. I waited more than a month for an appointment, dropping off on October 28, 2022. When I dropped it off, I was told to "block off a week" for the repair. Actual time in shop was 29 Days. Communication was unsatisfactory, mostly via text, and I could not get anyone there to return a call by phone. I was more successful getting information from my insurance company, who told me that Gerald was "half-staffed". My rental car expense was substantial due to the long delay, even with my insurance company rental benefit. I spoke to a front office manager at some length when I finally picked up my car. She was civil and suggested a couple times that an adjustment could be made to my bill, for the rental car expense, but hedged after each suggestion. When I pointed that out, that she was hedging, she said "I don't appreciate that...", it felt like she'd repeated the same thing, along with other excuses and platitudes, to many dissatisfied customers. And no, I will not return or recommend Gerald to others. I feel so strongly that I will likely buy my next car from a different dealership, even though I'm told they are not financially connected with Gerald Subaru."
