"What an amazing experience! I got a bottle of water as I pulled up and stayed in the car. Everyone was so friendly. They were honest about my engine filter not needing to be replaced. The service was so quick and they are open on Sundays. I’m leaving jiffy lube and switching over here. Thanks JR!"

"My first time ever at a take 5 oil change place and they exceeded my expectations. Before anything they offer you water if your in the line which I was briefly. I really liked how I can see all the work / oil being poured; from the comfort of the drivers seat. They explained everything thoroughly and I understood everything that was happening at every step. My real compliment was their customer service. For a bunch of men they were so sweet to my 5 yrs old. They said hi and offered her fruit snacks and a juice box. Never have we ever experienced that type of customer service from any other oil change place . I hope they get some sort of recognition . I also like that they offer free top offs and air . I will definitely be choosing this location for my future oil changes."

"Visited Take 5 Oil Change and had a mixed experience. While the service was excellent with responsive and friendly staff, I couldn't overlook the 20% higher prices compared to similar stores. Disappointingly, there were no Thanksgiving weekend deals. Considering the cost factor, I might explore other, more economical options for my next oil change."
