"Yesterday I began the process of having a new crown installed. Melissa and Dr. Snow were very thorough and clear with their explanations of the process. They walked me through every step from the numbing all the way through the temporary crown. Altogether it took about 1 1/2 hours but I felt comfortable the whole time. Today I’m feeling no pain at all. Bridget and Debbie helped me with some billing questions as well. Overall a really great experience."
