"AVOID- Here’s my Horror Story!!! I went to Elk Grove Smile Center for the All- on - 4 Full Arch Implants…I had the upper arch done by a different dentist, they turned out great. So I know how a professional and skilled dentist performing this expensive procedure should go.First and foremost don’t be fooled by the Special he is advertising.. it’s switch and bait,, or at the very least fraud.After I payed in FULL,, he later asked for another $5,800.00. I had no choice due to the fact I had driven 3 hours and the temporary’s were a pale yellow.. Janet who works in the office was leaning over the desk pointing her finger in my face. I agreed to pay half. At my next appointment I showed Dr. Advani my contract.. he agreed that he could see how it was confusing and would talk to the front office.He also tried charging my insurance for work that he did not perform.Long story short I had to go to another dentist who adjusted the second set of temporary’s and also will be finishing the work that Dr. Advani refused to fix and finish. I am into Elk Grove Smile Center for over $18,000.00 and there NOT finished. I also had to retain an attorney to recoup my money that he is still trying to keep for work he has not completed and for money to complete my implants.This guy might be okay for a simple extraction or filling,, but I don’t believe he is very experienced with All-on -4 Full Arch Implants.Once lawsuit is filed I will update review with file number."
