"I went to Dr. Szatkowski by referral from my business partner. I live in TX and had a bad experience with a dentist who took lots of money for very little service. Dr. Szatkowski took me on short notice and had to undo a couple of things from the prior dentist and then gave me a new smile at a great price. He is professonal and works fast. My total time in the chair was way less than what it would have been elsewhere. The staff was always pleasant, Lori is awesome and very attentive. The travel to Chicago to have this extensive work done was well worth it. I highly recommend Dr Scott!"

"Dr Szatkowski and his assistant Lori for many years have been wonderful and we had a great relationship. Until a crown and partial became a problem . The crowned tooth was and is very painful...Dr Szatkowski told me I needed a root canal and said that "he was not qualified to do this and wanted me to go to a specialist" the partial was to big and caused pain. I got tired of going for appointments for adjustments that did not work. When I complained to much. I was given a letter of release....Dr S no longer wanted me as a patient. I have a small balance...and I did ask for a refund so that I could have a the work redone by a different dentist. I was told that he would forgive the small balance if I would return the partial? So he has my money and I have a painful mouth because of his not caring about me just money for him. I don't have the money to pay twice for a crown and partial...I paid $2600.00 already...I don't have dental insurance. I am now in collections ...I just don't understand how this is OK. I am soon to be 74 years old. Social Security is my income. I feel so helpless against people that have all the control. Just not nice. Dr Szatkowski is a bad dentist and a bad person. He will stand before God and answer for his life."

"Dr. Szatkowski first worked on my teeth when a root canal went wrong from a different dentist. He fixed the root canal slowly and methodically over 4 appointments and made sure no one touched the tooth except for him. Since then he has done a wonderful job on my teeth. I won’t let anyone work on my teeth except for Dr. Szatkowski!!!"

"I started seeing Dr. Scott recently to take care of a broken bridge and other matters after a seriously long stint without having gone to a dentist at all. He's been nothing short of excellent in treating me. He communicates all the information about what he's doing, and as far as pain and discomfort, kept that to a minimum. He's super friendly and a great guy to talk to. Also have to say that the rest of the staff is awesome as well. I don't think I've ever been in any medical office that is so happy and friendly. That alone makes it a great place to go for dental services."
