"Never had a trans shop get your trucks fixed right and back to you asap like this place. Have had many transmissions done here and only one minor issue. Albert the owner took it back immediately and remedied the issue. Would give more than 5 stars."

"It's interesting how my initial post was removed... I do NOT recommend this servicer. It has been a hassle getting a "rebult" transmission they has us purchase from BC Automotove, serviced by them - even with their non-transferrable warranty. Vehicle inspections from other mechanics have questioned their repairs and we have reason to believe we paid for a transmission and torque converter we never recieved to include not draining the old transmission fluid (see photo). We've had to take our vehicle to them several times for work that is not fixing the issue they claim they've repaired and is covered by their "warranty". The last time we picked up our vehicle, it looked like someone went mud racing in it with additional damage done to it. They even had the vehicle parked off to the side of the building, completely out of view with the keys just sitting in it when I went to pick it up. Very disappointed in their work, customer service and care of the vehicle. Will never go there again nor will I recommend their work."
