"They do honor their work, DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE RUN, I had a check engine light on, I was told because the Cadillac converter was partially clogged, they recommended I also replace the headers, entire exhaust, which would include converter. I accepted. $4878.78 later the same engine light was on. They told me its was a transmition code BANK ONE sensor, they recommended that I take it to a chevy dealer as they can diagnose transmission where they can't. I paid $210.00 to the dealership, only to be told the code is reading bank 2 sensor which is exhaust issue. I then take the diagnosis report to the owner "Ray H" who basically tells me to go back to the dealership! I go back to the dealership showed them what services I paid for, they put my suburban on the lift and showed me the new exhaust I find out they DID NOT REPLACE THE Cadillac converter its still the same old one. Dealership told me they most likely drilled removed the honey come with in the converter and was not all removed. I am completely irate I got into it with RAY demanded proof, that he show me the supposed old replaced converter and /or receipt of the supposed new coverer he billed me for but never installed. This guy instantly turned into the biggest ASSH____ I have ever met in my life. He refused to show either proof, Tell me to get the F___K out of his garage & never come back! Clearly I was billed for work that never needed to be done. I reported to my credit."
