"Went for a free Veterans Day inspection at the Downers Grove location. Then back for an Alignment and tire patch and the Manager Dylan is also a Veteran and very personable and knowledgeable guy. I will be coming back to this location as long as he is running it! A place that really appreciates their Veterans!"

"Very frustrated with this location and I won’t be returning. Came by around 9:45AM this morning. I was told that their is one car ahead of me and it would take 45-60 mins, the man said to come back in an hour and a half and they would be able to take me. When I returned for the time of my appointment, I was told that they just had people walk in and that they wouldn’t be able to take me until 1. The older gentleman had no desire to accommodate for their mistake. Instead told me to come back at 1. No thanks. Having to coordinate a sitter for my child two separate times in one day for a place that should own up to their mistake and stay true to what they told me is not right. I decided to call the Westmont location and they had much better customer service and told me to come on by to accommodate the mistake of the Just Tires Downers Grove."

"On this freezing cold morning, my car dashboard warns me repeatedly that my tire is low and needs air immediately! Just Tires to the rescue when a helpful young man fills the dangerouly low tire and tops off the other three. Courteous, fast service!"

"First of all i want to say they have such an amazing staff! I went in for new tires and they gave me some fair prices, it was reasonably quick,they even checked my wheel alignment and listed other things i needed but didnt force me to buy anything else. It was my decision to make. HONEST SHOP! and i even go there for the free air checks!"
