"I was extremely unhappy with the administrative part of this office. I was falsely told that they accepted the insurance I had, and only after they had performed the work was told that they did not participate in the Medicare insurance portion of the insurance. If they had provided accurate information in advance of performing the services, I would not have chosen them at all. They have subsequently made false statements to me about how this issue arose, and have refused to make any good faith effort to resolve this issue. I have been left with an extremely large and unexpected bill as a result of the false and misleading information I received prior to my appointments. I cannot recommend this company and would encourage anyone else to seek a written estimate of the cost and insurance acceptance in advance before considering doing business with them. I do not believe I have been treated honestly or fairly by this firm."

"I cannot say enough about this place and Dr. Nadura. Unfortunately I have needed 3 root canals in 2 1/2 years now and I absolutely love Dr. Nadura. The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. When you hear you need a root canal, you immediately think OH NO!! I know I did, I’m a huge wimp when it comes to dentistry. Dr. Nadura has such a calming approach and his knowledge is unbelievable. You will learn so much just sitting in his chair as he details his every move during your procedure. In addition, he is also a teaching Doctor, which once you meet him, will not surprise you. Any time you call this office they are helpful and make you feel like you’re their only patient. They all go above and beyond. To say you love a doctor who performs root canals on you is almost unthinkable, but I put 110% faith in this practice and doctor and after my first root canal, I did not even dread one bit having to have the other two! Don’t get me wrong, I would rather not have any, but if you have to have this procedure, you can have full trust and confidence with Dr. Nadura and his entire team of Doctors, Assustants and Admin staff!"

"I was super nervous for having my last root canal needed because of where my tooth was in my mouth. My sister actually came with me for support. Dr. Chon was great! He actually performed the root canal the same day as I was supposed to have consultation because I was in a little discomfort. He took his time and really took care of me. Even let me sister stay in the room with me while they did the procedure. After 3 days just as he mentioned my mouth began to feel like normal. Now I'm on my way to get the rest of this finished with my dentist! I am super thankful for Dr. Chon! If you're nervous about getting a root canal this is the place to go!"
