"They didn’t provide treatment plan estimates to wife during the regular visit and wanted to charge credit card with certain amount and if insurance claim process they will process refund. When asked about the process they told us billing manager will call back . After a week no call back from billing manager."

"This dental practice does an excellent job making your dental appointment the most comfortable experience it can be. Dr. Jay and his assistants explain every procedure step by step. No surprises here, which I really appreciate. They take their time to check on your comfort level and make sure you're doing okay throughout the procedure. Great for anyone that's a bit nervous going to the dentist. I'm glad I found a practice so patient centered."

The ladies at the front desk are very professional funny and make you feel special and welcome . That goes for all the staff in the office. She is so caring and explains everything she is doing. Now for the Best person and that is Dr. Jay. He is the best Dentist I have ever had . He explains everything so thoroughly. I had him for many years and he was retiring and sent up his pt with Dr. Jay. I have to admit I was heart broken to loose my dentist but after my 1st visit I knew I was in amazing hands . From the first phone call to set up the appointment to the actual routine cleaning...the entire staff were incredibly kind, professional and helped educate me on the health of my teetch/gums. The dentist I saw took the extra time to help me learn, was very personable and made sure I had no pain the entire appointment. The 2 dental assistants were also incredibly kind and great at what they do. The front office staff was prepared, got me in to my appointment on time with no wait and were so kind as well. I have no affiliation with this Dental Care practice but felt they deserved an amazing review. My husband and children will soon be patients of theirs moving forward based on my great experience."
