"Terrible office. Said my son covered for molar extraction. When we show up for surgery they tell us it is not covered and we have to pay out of pocket so we left. Then they try charging for the consultation. The hours are terrible so trying to get ahold of someone after 4 is impossible. The answering service wont take messages. They wont email anything because they dont have a scanner but offer to fax it. Its 2023 get with the times. Offices like this wont last much longer. Staff is rude and just tries to pass blame onto patients."
"Was not given antibiotics after a tooth extraction and got a infection in my mouth went back 3 weeks later and they still told me there was no problem decided to see my dentist she said otherwise and prescribed antibiotics for me to clear up the infection which it did there we’re still pieces of tooth in that area he didn’t get out would recommend seeing another oral surgeon!!!"
"Always a fast easy painless process, highly recommend."
"Horrible dentist. I wasn’t completely numb and he extracted my tooth. I felt excruciating pain he ignored me saying it hurts multiple times, but kept going. He was rude and aggressively grabbed my chin. I will never go back. Do not go there."
"I've never had to have an extraction prior, so I don't have a baseline to judge against. Had to have a wisdom tooth extraction. The process seemed to be very efficient, once he went to work it was probably 10 min or less , however seemed somewhat medieval. Novocaine was injected couple times and wait, then grind yank pull, grind some more, yank, pull, stuff in some gauze, goodbye. It bled for 3 days, took months to heal up and was in pain for 7 or 8 weeks. Still pulling pieces of broken bone out of my gums occasionally. I've heard people tell of painless extractions and mild soreness for a couple of days, my experience was as far from that as you can get."
