"Not worth it."

"I could fill a book with all the reasons I did not want to go, but every one of my fears was assuaged by my first and subsequent visits to Happy Smiles. After reading the reviews on other sites, I was convinced that Happy Smiles was my best shot at a good dental health experience. My expectations were dramatically exceeded. Norma booked my first appointment for an exam and cleaning, she was extremely understanding, helpful, and friendly. A few days before my appointment I got friendly reminder calls from both Norma and Jennifer. They also warmly welcomed me to the practice when I arrived. Dr. Amelia and the rest of the Happy Smiles team have been very conscientious in creating a space that is relaxing in their waiting room. The atmosphere was very helpful in easing my nervousness about my first visit. After a very short wait Kim, my hygienist, took me back to start my exam with a whimsical X-ray accompanied by music. I never expected to be entertained at a dental office but that part was FUN. I thought my cleaning would be awkward like my previous experiences elsewhere, but the way Kim worked made everything painless. Her personality, of which there is no lack, put me totally at ease. My cleaning was like a pleasant conversation instead of a tedious procedure. Dr. Amelia took a look at my X-rays and explained the treatments I needed. She also made sure to state that the way I proceeded was my choice, and explained the possible outcomes if I refused her advice. She made me feel like I was in control of my options and that she was a friendly adviser who wanted what was best for me. After my cleaning Steve sat down with me and explained how we would proceed with my treatments in bite sized pieces so I would get the greatest cost benefit from my dental insurance. During my subsequent visits Emily and Fadi teamed up with Dr. Amelia to deliver the treatments I needed. Their combined senses of humor put me totally at ease. I could tell from their deft performance of my procedures that their experience has made them ACES at getting things done quickly, comfortably, and perfectly the first time. Everything they used for their procedures seemed like it had been selected to maximize my comfort during my visits. They also went out of their way every time to ensure that I was comfortable, and that I knew exactly what was going on. Being taken care of by family is the best, and that is what you will get from Norma, Jennifer, Kim, Emily, Fadi, and Dr. Amelia. Go get your HAPPY SMILE. Mine couldn't be happier!"
