"I was late by about fifteen minutes due to digging out my car from snow and ice after not driving for over a week. I called to inform them on the way. Leah was still able to get me in immediately, which I appreciated. She was still able to do an excellent job of cleaning and evaluating my teeth and finished up in :45 minutes, including with Dr. Turnwald."

"First time coming to this office. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant was warm and welcoming. The office is very modern, clean, and spacious. I have anxiety when seeing a dentist. I had not been to one for several years. Needless to say by not doing such my teeth paid the price. First time patient you get a full tour of the facility. I met with Dr. Hays, one of the dentists on staff. My appointment was about an hour and a half. Full mouth x rays and a scan. Screening for oral cancer. Long conversations on my concerns and goals. He was warm and VERY gentle when poking at my teeth and gums. His assistant was just as gentle when doing the X-rays and scans. They both continually ask if you are doing okay and need a break. They also take the time to explain what they will be doing. Today I go back to sit down with doctor Hays and go over different options on the work I need and cost. If they are as gentle as my first time coming here, then I should continue to be in good hands when the real work begins."
